Richard MacDonald's book "Daily Exercises for Trombone" was published in England in 1926. This edition is a complete reprint of the original text, with one alteration, the Lip Flexibility Exercises on page 17 originally appeared between Studies On Tone Production and Scales, as this is the sequence of my practice routine. The enclosed CD contains 19 tracks of Mr. Klay performing various studies and exercises.
