Symphony No. 5 by Anton Bruckner was written in 1875-76 and given the name of "Fantastic" by the composer himself, although never added to the score. Unfortunately, Bruckner never heard a live performance by orchestra of this glorious work.
The music is dramatic, mysterious and majestic, filling the hall with gorgeous sounds of brass.
Instrumentation is for 3 Trumpets in B-flat, 4 Horns, 3 Trombone and Tuba. - the publisher
