How to Rent from Hickeys |
To rent an instrument from Hickey's Music, you will need...
- a valid major credit card OR a debit card bearing the Visa/Mastercard logo.
- a valid NY State driver's license.
- to be residing in Central New York State for the term of the rental.
Then, just follow these simple steps:
- Decide which instrument you want to rent.
- Decide whether or not you want the optional POM Warranty (highly recommended for students who will be taking the instrument back and forth to school).
- Fill out a rental contract. If you like, you can download a contract right now, or visit the store in person. We can also mail you a contract if you like.
- Submit the completed contract by bringing it to the store in person, mailing it or faxing it (sorry, contracts can not be transmitted over the internet yet). If you fax the form, you will also need to mail us the original copy.
- Pick up the instrument. If the instrument you are looking for is available, we will fill the contract and make the instrument available to you. If you are on our school delivery route, we can deliver the instrument to the school on our next run. Otherwise, you can come into the store and pick it up. We also have UPS shipping available for an additional fee if travelling to Ithaca is not convenient. If an instrument is unavailable, we will advise you of that as well.
